My Second Floor AC Unit was blowing out hot air along with the furnace for the same unit had a gas leak. I went online to google AC companies in my area and the first company listed was Brad with Autumn Air. I called their office (Friday mid morning) and guess who answered the phone... Yes Brad...I was excited because I had read many great reviews about his exceptional customer service. I explained to him the problem I was experiencing. He asked me for my address and in less than 10 minutes he was at my front door. I must say Brad is knowledgeable, accurate, caring, professional, personable but most of all honest. He thoroughly diagnose the problem and the very next day (Saturday) Brad & Autumn Air had a team of professionals at my home to install/remove/clean a much needed brand new AC unit. Brad with Autumn Air is truly AMAZING. He went above and beyond to provide the highest priority service. Brad came to my home a couple days later to go over everything with me to ensure that I understand my new equipment and that I was completely satisfied. I absolutely love my new AC unit but most of all the EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service. THANKS So Much BRAD & AUTUMN AIR ***** 10 STARS ***** I would highly recommend my family, friends, colleagues and clients ... I will most definitely be using BRAD & AUTUMN AIR again and again and again!!!
Called for service later in the evening and a tech was able to come out within two hours. The tech assessed the system and determined that the capacitor was the issue and replaced it and the system worked fine. I was not happy about the fact that Autumn air had done the same replacement of the capacitor 1 year ago and due to not having the appropriate sized capacitor used two in series to accommodate. One of the two capacitors went bad which made it hard for me to identify and repair the problem and is why I had to call them. The second thing that I was not satisfied with is the fact that they charged me $147 for the capacitor which runs for $25-30 online or at your normal electrical warehouse. Will not make this mistake again.
Brad and Eddie at Autumn Air are the best. The crew did a wonderful job installing my Trane air conditioning system! I did a lot of searching so I had a good idea of pricing, guarantees and the different systems and their ratings by consumers. Autumn Air gave me a fair price and did a great job installing a great air conditioner.
Our rent home's a/c stopped blowing cold air at the beginning of a weekend, of course. Autumn Air answered on Saturday afternoon and Chuy (sp?) was able to fit us into his Sunday morning to take a look and give us the bad news (the 14 year old builder's a/c is just a lost cause... which we suspected). Thank you so much to Chuy and Autumn Air in general for fast replies, great communication. It's hard to get seen at the beginning of a Texas summer during a weekend!
Just had a new unit installed. I have been very happy with Brad, our salesman, who has been very accommodating with any request I've had. He explained the whole process from start to finish and has overseen everything. He even brought the owner out to fix a sensor on our alarm that was bumped during installation. They both took the time to explain our new thermostat and its features to us. Very pleased and very personal service!
